What is virtual support?
Virtual support means I support you and your family using secure text, video visits or phone calls - all without an annoying trip into the office! Questions about milestones? Baby have a fever? Wondering what this rash is? Need guidance when starting solids? I've got you covered.
Wait, I can TEXT you my questions?
Yes! I love it being a convenient option for parents! We can always add on a video or phone call if needed :)
How often can I contact you?
All of my support packages are unlimited! There is no cap to how many things you can ask per day, week or month.
What if I need an in-home visit?
No problem! Subscribers have access to exclusive discounts on in-home visits.

Your kit includes your own pediatric pulse oximeter (to check heart rate and oxygen level), thermometer, and a camera otoscope (ear camera), so that together we can diagnose conditions such as ear infections on a text or video consultation! (6 month and up)

What is Medical Advice?
Medical advice is specific advice pertaining to a person or situation. It includes diagnosis, treatment, and recommendations about what to do! Medical advice should always be given in the context of a provider-patient relationship and therefore can only be given to Colorado residents recieving telemedicine services. Medical information and education means I can discuss general topics like "What are examples of sleep training methods?" and "What foods are best to introduce first to an infant?" Still helpful, but a very different perspective.
Why is Telemedicine offered only in Colorado?
Right now, Laura is only licensed in Colorado, but this might expand in the future!
