Free visit offer is a limited time launch promotion and can only be extended by Laura Vanston, owner of Inspire Pediatrics. Offer may end at any time without warning.

Free visit is subject to availability and hours as they appear on www.inspirepediatrics.com/scheduling. This offer is good for one free telemedicine visit to discuss one issue for one pediatric patient (under the age of 18). Each offer can only be used once by a family or patient and cannot be applied to packages, subscriptions or other offers.

 

By making the appointment, you affirm that you are the legal guardian of the patient and have the legal authority to make healthcare decisions about the patient. The patient must be in Colorado at the time of the appointment to receive treatment. 

 

Inspire Pediatrics is not intended to be a substitute for primary care, urgent care or emergent care. The parent or legal guardian of patient assumes responsibility for determining appropriateness of telemedicine visit vs seeking care elsewhere. The parent or legal guardian understands that they may be referred to in-person care due to the limitations of telemedicine. Free visit offer is subject to availability, and may be scheduled on the Inspire Pediatrics scheduling page. 

 

Before care is rendered, parent or legal guardian of the patient must complete a consent to treatment for telemedicine and understand the limitations of telemedicine. You can find and sign that consent HERE.
