What's Included
Well Visits + Sick Visits
All your traditional primary care needs taken care of! Well visits, developmental screenings, referrals...we bring the pediatric office to your home!
Sick visits are unlimited on an as-needed basis. If the question or issue requires an in person exam, we will come to your home a end evaluate your child! Sick visits include any rapid testing performed and some medications we carry with us.
Included in your membership is unlimited virtual care by text, video calls, and phone calls. PLUS you will get a telemedicine kit which will mean you can be seen virtually anywhere in the state of Colorado.
Integrative Sessions
One integrative session + one follow up with Dr. Laura per year.
Optimize sleep, gut health, behavior, eczema and more with a wellness mindset.
Wellness Labs
True preventative medicine is a key component of primary care at Inspire Pediatrics. Gut Health testing every year (OR a $150 credit towards another functional or wellness lab after you have had initial gut testing). Also a basic lab panel that includes nutrient testing to make sure your child's health is optimized.
Additional labs and radiology (xrays, etc) are available at cash pay rates (or ordered by Inspire Pediatrics and billed to insurance by the facility)
What is not included
Direct Primary Care is not insurance, even though most basic care is included. It is important to have some kind of additional coverage for specialists, ER/Urgent Care visits, Surgeries, Hospitalizations, Medications, and Lab/radiology studies that are not covered under the membership.
Vaccines themselves are no charge but at this time, there will be a small admin fee for an RN to come to your house and administer!
